Preschool education-- the very beginning of lifelong education-- is the initial stage of enlightenment education for children, is an important part of national education system.Developing the preschool education has far-reaching significance for a better popularization of universal education and improvement of the national overall quality.Thus the construction of preschool education major will affect that of the quality of the teachers, and curriculum setting of preschool education specialty is one of the key factors.The development of preschool education depends on the cultivation of teachers, while the higher vocational college with five-year preschool education specialty is a major place to cultivate preschool teachers. Curriculum setting, to a large extent, determines the direction of preschool education as well as the achievement of teacher training. There are still a lot of problems in its curriculum setting, which needs continuous improvement combined with theory and practice.This thesis uses various means as literature, investigation, interview, and case analysis,considering both quantity and quality. Here we learn major policies and principles from our Party and government on the development of preschool education; development and status quo of five-year preschool education in higher vocational colleges; major theoretical basis and research significance. In this thesis, L College is studied of its five-year education curriculum, and problems are analyzed together with the reasons. Based on relevant researches both at home and abroad, principles of and suggestions for the curriculum setting of five-year preschool education in L College is brought forward, hoping to guide other colleges in their curriculum setting. |
