Research On The Leisure Behavior Of Professional Women In Zhengzhou

Leisure, refers to the ways of various “play” to get the regulating and relaxation of mind and body in the non-labor and non-work hours, in order to achieve life care, physical recovery,and mental pleasure. Leisure is a kind of social right for people to enjoy life. With the development of economy and the progress of society, the social status of professional women has becoming higher and higher, and their pursuit of both material and spiritual and cultural life is increasing daily. They not only pay attention to the busy work and housework, but also seek for more space and freedom of life.Scientific and rational leisure activities are related to their physical health, psychological sound, pressure relief, harmony of the family, and play important roles in the development of the whole society.So it has great significance to pay attention to the leisure activities of professional women, to guide them to use the leisure time reasonably and healthily, in order to improve their life quality, to get the family happiness and social harmony.Based on the regional characteristics of Zhengzhou city, this paper uses the research methords such as questionnaire survey, field interviews etc, collecting a large amount of data and information, analyzes the leisure activities, and the present situation of professional women of Zhengzhou city in the following parts: professional women’s leisure time, housework time, leisure fitness, the richness of leisure activities, leisure activities,From the analysis, it can be found that there are still some problems in the leisure activities of professional women in Zhengzhou city: their demands for leisure are urgent, but the actual leisure activities are short; the leisure activities are diversified, but still biased towards recreational leisure; the expectations of leisure are high, but the leisure satisfaction is low.Therefore, on the basis of the previous discussion, the author analyzes the limiting factors of women’s leisure activities, according to the problems existing in their leisure activities, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures: to enhance their leisure consciousness; to play the government’ guide for leisure activities; to increase the career women’s leisure time and income; to increase the investment in leisure product research and development; to raise the level of leisure services and management.
