Liang Shuming’s research involve in a variety of areas, such as education, philosophy, religion, medicine etc... and have achieved fruitful results. These results are all the represent of Liang Shuming’s pursue to life, life education is also included. Liang Shuming’s life education thought is reflected in all aspects of his research.Such as "mind and life",it is not only a philosophical work, condensed Liang Shuming’s view and thinking about people and life, but also because it lies in the integration of the life experience of Liang Shuming, and the faith of the meaning and value of life that support him to move on in the most difficult time.Liang Shuming nearly a century of life course, experienced several ups and downs, but he never gave up running around busily for the public and made outstanding achievements in various areas. Finally formed the fruitful life education thoughts.Information age today, the concept of social ethics tend to blur, people’s values confusion, the suicide rate is climbing, all kinds of drugs, fights, murders appeared in the newspaper almost every day, people’s lives and health and the development of life understanding values are subject to serious threats and challenges. Learning Liang Shuming’s life education has important significance for contemporary education consciousness of human life, the subversion value of life, indifferent social responsibility, the weak living capacity, and so on. This study was divided into five parts:First, the journey of life: Liang Shuming’s life experience. By the research of Liang Shuming’s self-study to explore the value of life in his early years; committed to the Rural Reconstruction in his middle age; wrote books in his later life.Introduce the whole life experience of Liang Shuming and try to find the reasons for the formation of Life Education.Second,the thought of life: the evolution of the development of Liang Shuming thought. Introduce the development paths of the thoughts of Liang Shuming by three different stages of his life: Utilitarianism thought; Buddhist ideology and Confucian living thoughts, and then explore the development of his understanding of life.Third, meaning of life: Liang Shuming’s life education thought. From three aspects: re-creation of the meaning of human life;reasonable attitude toward life;whole life education system.Fourth,the source of life education: the cause of Liang Shuming’s life education theory. Analyzing the reasons for the formation of Liang Shuming’s Life Education by four aspects :the historical and cultural background, family educational background and life experience, cultural thoughts of Confucius and the influence of philosophy from foreign countries.Fifth,the realization of life education: the thought of Liang Shuming’s life education. A simple analysis of thinking that caused by Liang Shuming’s Life Education and its contemporary meaning and value. |
