The rapid development of information technology has been widely used in the teaching process,which has promoted the improvement of teaching methods and teaching methods.In recent years,many areas of our country have begun to integrate information technology into primary school Chinese classrooms.In the modern information teaching classroom,information resources bring more fresh blood to traditional teaching.Both teachers and students have a high degree of acceptability for the application of information technology.Application of information technology in teaching this way,compared with the previous single teaching method to play a certain complementary role.The teaching effect is also more vivid,helps the teacher impart knowledge,also can help the student to absorb the knowledge better.Information technology has realized the "integration" with each discipline teaching.More developed regions in economy,the teaching of information technology in various disciplines have been widely used,but in some ethnic minorities,remote mountain area,due to the geographical location,education informatization infrastructure investment,application of information technology teachers teaching level,the influence of such factors as there are still insufficient to apply information technology to teaching.Based on the present situation,this paper selects the primary Chinese teachers in the two Chinese languages in the Bailingmiao town Damao county Baotou city,and is the target of the investigation.Based on 2014 primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability standard(trial)"in the demand for primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability,by consulting relevant literature,using questionnaires,classroom observation and teacher interviews research methods such as communication,investigate the region the level of the Chinese teachers' information technology application ability,to explore the ability of teachers in the information technology development in the process of the existing problems.Combined with the primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability standard(trial)" in the standard requirements for teachers' information technology ability,promote the region's primary school Chinese teachers' information technology application ability of the solution.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part of thesis is expounded from two aspects of policy,the reality of the research background,puts forward the research question,introduces the paper's research purpose,research significance,research status at home and abroad are reviewed,finally elaborated the paper research content and research methods.The second part elaborates the related concepts and theoretical basis mentioned in this paper.The third part is to investigate and analyze the information technology application ability of Chinese teachers in the two Chinese language teaching in the Bailingmiao town Damao county.On the basis of primary and secondary school teachers' information technology application ability standard(trial)"for primary and secondary school teachers put forward the standards of investigation and study,the investigation results show that the primary school Chinese teachers' information technology application ability in the region of technological literacy development level of this dimension is relative taller;The development level of planning and preparation,organization and management of these two dimensions is general and needs to be improved;The development level of evaluation and diagnosis is relatively weak.The fourth part put forward the region primary school Chinese teachers' information technology application ability promotion strategy: to social software as a platform,an elementary Chinese subject information sharing resource,improve teachers' information technology application ability training plan formulation,perfect the evaluation and assessment system.The fifth part summarizes the thesis,including research conclusions,insufficient research and future prospects.
