The Research Of Universities And Enterprises Continue Education Resource Sharing

Universities and enterprises continue education resource sharing is one way to solve the contradiction of the social development increased demand for continue education resource and the limited education resource. As the two principal bodies of continuing education, universities and enterprises complement each other in resources, they can promote the innovational development of continuing education. But the effective cooperation pattern is still belongs to the hot topic of academic research. Based on theory of lifelong education, HCM (Human Capital Management) and theory of resource sharing, the present thesis studies respectively current situation of continuing education development in both colleges and businesses, sorts out and analyses their existing models of continuing education sharing, discovering that confined in small-range and short-time cooperation and lack of deep sharing model, continuing education sharing of universities and enterprises is still in its beginning stage. Then offer proposals of universities and enterprises continue education deep cooperation resource sharing model.The study of continuing education resources sharing between universities and enterprises is based on the empirical study of current situation, investigates 48 universities and 67 leaders of enterprises in the way of questionnaire and interview, analyze the frequency of the results with SPSS18.0 software. The result of the analysis shows that there are three reasons which obstruct the sharing of continuing education resources between universities and enterprises: lack of communication between the two sides as to the problem; lack of outer support of ensuring system; lack of fully-fledged model. Based on these parts of structural analysis, strategic analysis of principal participation, analysis of outer ensuring system, platform construction, as well as construction and application strategy of resources, the present thesis initiates that in the sharing model of continuing education resources between universities and enterprises, government department of talents works as management, universities and enterprises as resource constructer and resource user respectively, cooperation committee as supporter, capital, technology and policy of the government and shared propagandas of social media as outer ensuring system, regulating rights and obligations of universities and enterprises, establishing resource constructing and using contracts and ensuring that sharing mode of continuing education resources between universities and enterprises is built together, owned together and used together.
