Research On Problems And Suggestions Of Education Resources Sharing In Universities

Resource scarcity is a universal law,and it's the root of human economic problems.Because of the crystallization of long-term human wisdom,the scarcity of education resources is more apparent.Especially,with the implementation of enrollment expansion policy of colleges and universities,the shortage of education resources in colleges and universities is increasingly prominent,so how to optimize the allocation of scarce resources,and improve efficiency of resource utilization is an important project to ease education plight in colleges and universities in our country.However,the waste phenomenon of education resources of colleges and universities in our country is very serious.That's to say,the utilization rate of education resources of colleges and universities is not high.As a paradox of education reality,the shortage and waste of education resources of colleges and universities coexist.Under this background,the concept of education resources sharing in our country began to appear and develop step by step.In recent years,colleges and universities have carried out a series of behaviors in terms of resource sharing,which makes education resource sharing become a social practice instead of a concept.However,education resources' sharing level is still low in our country.Exactly,what causes this problem and how to breakthrough the limitation of existing conditions and encourage education resource sharing in colleges and universities are research-worthy topics.Based on this,this paper,from the perspective of economics,studies education resources sharing problems of colleges and universities,in order to provide theory and practice guidance for colleges and universities in our country.First,this paper discusses the concept of resources,education resources and education resources of colleges and universities.Based on these concepts,the paper defines the connation of education resources sharing of colleges and universities,analyzes the categories of education resources sharing of colleges and universities according to different standards,and clarifies the basic principles of education resources sharing of colleges and universities.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes the subject elements and objects elements of education resources sharing of colleges and universities,and discusses influence factors by using dynamic evolution game model.Second,this paper discusses the development process of education resources sharing of colleges and universities,and points out three stages of education resources sharing of colleges and universities such as passive choice stage,active exploration stage and rapid development stage.At the same time,the paper summarizes the problems of education resources sharing of colleges and universities,and analyzes possible reasons from the perspective of education,economy and management.Again,the paper introduces the practices of education resources sharing of colleges and universities at home and abroad,and sums up the general experiences including displaying the role of the government,establishing organization and management agency and constructing network sharing environment,etc.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote education resources sharing of colleges and universities from the aspects of conceptual change,policy guidance,system construction and technical support.
