In the high-speed development of the global economy today,China's urbanization process is accelerating,a large number of migrants into cities,a constituent society of increasingly complex social contradictions have become increasingly prominent.A lot of social problems to be solved.Community as the basic unit of social management,urban management and service to people bearing the forefront of community work plays an important role in maintaining social stability.Social work qualified personnel is an important part of the development of social work career,and the study of social organization in terms of staff motivation and social work qualified personnel to play a crucial role.Thus,the full mobilization of community workers working enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,improve service quality and efficiency of community service people,the current community management is an important content.By improving incentives,a scientific incentive system.Strengthen incentives for full-time community workers,help to improve the stability and development and construction of community workers.This study focuses on the various factors affecting the incentive analysis to identify where the problem,propose solutions to the problem.In practice,by YB zone LJ street 14 community fields,survey questionnaires and interviews,the status of full-time community workers incentives to investigate and analyze,based on empirical data,point out the problem,recommendations for improvement,for the study of social work to provide reference text in human resource management applications.
