Since the 21 st century,the rapid development of higher vocational education in our country,to foster "operation model,applied technology talents" as the primary task.The number and the scale of the students in higher vocational colleges are increasing,the share of higher education in China for almost half,is a key link in the process of vocational education system.It is the most fundamental to rely on the development of higher vocational education teachers,the development is the basis of teachers,teacher is the most basic condition of the school's survival.Higher vocational education and other education school-running idea,research different planting,cultivation target,teachers structure,quality and requirements are higher.With only a certain cultural level for higher vocational teachers' professional theory is not enough,at the same time also requires ability has high practice ability.A complete training mode of the integration of the establishment of the construction of higher vocational education is the key of "Dual-qualified” teachers.Training mode should include skills,training,performance evaluation,performance evaluation,teachers' employment.Establish and improve the training mode,which is beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of teachers and the overall strength,through the "Dual-qualified" teachers team to further adjust and optimize the management system,and is also a key research topic in the field.Xinxiang vocational and technical college is the first demonstration vocational colleges in Henan province,the "Dual-qualified" teachers training mode of the early start has accumulated rich experience.This paper focuses on analyzing the characteristics of "Dual-qualified" teachers,requirements and skills,in combination with the actual situation of higher vocational education,summarizes the development history of "Dual-qualified" teachers team.In Xinxiang vocational and technical college as the research category,the main data obtained through questionnaire survey,to Xinxiang "Dual-qualified" vocational and technical college teachers training mode,the present situation is analyzed,the effect of find out the actual problems and difficulties in teaching work.According to the result of questionnaire survey,and find out the problems existing in the "double division type" teacher training,the reference of existing research results and practical experience,in view of the "Dual-qualified" teachers team construction related problems put forward several opinions,thus improving the "Dual-qualified" teachers team's overall quality and level,and promote the steady development of the higher vocational education.
