Study On The Employment Training Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers In Shangqiu

The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become an important force to support China's modernization construction,but have to pay attention to the new generation of migrant workers,whether there are still many problems in life or employment.The poor skills and overall quality is not high is key factor restricting the quality of employment and employment stability,for the new generation of migrant workers training,both from a personal point of migrant workers or from the point of view of social construction are of great significance.This paper takes the new generation of migrant workers employment training in Shangqiu City as the research subject,attempt on the basis of human capital theory,the theory of public governance and the transfer of rural labor and other theories,by means of questionnaire survey reveals status of migrant workers as well as vocational training cognitive attitude and willingness to participate in vocational training of Shangqiu City which is populous city of Henan Province Rural out migration,to reflect the views of these special groups on the vocational training.In this paper,a small number of vocational training in the new generation of migrant workers to reveal the new generation of migrant workers in Shangqiu vocational training problems: Government level mainly for the training of migrant workers has not been fully implemented,the overall planning for training and training failed to properly grasp the direction;Social dimension of existing training institutions,mainly in the form of backward social training,training behind narrow,inadequate training information,publicity and training is not established feedback mechanisms and other issues;The main problem is the presence of firm-level employment and training benefits deviation spillover concerns about the new generation of migrant workers training knowledge;and generation of migrant workers training for individuals there is also lack of understanding of the concept of bias problems.At the end,the thesis put forward to enhance Shangqiu City,the new generation of migrant workers employment training effect of specific recommendations: to clear purpose of training,training to be rich,to be flexible form of training,training concept to be correct,the training mechanism to be improved,and to increase investment and the evaluation of training effect to be able to take seriously,in order to offer the reference for the promotion of the new generation of migrant workers employment training effect.in Shangqiu City.
