Research On The Training Needs Of “National Training Program” For Northwest Normal University 2011-2015 Junior Middle School History Teachers

Since 2009, the national training program as a national policy in the country and was gradually implemented. Northwest Normal University for five consecutive years bear of the junior middle school history teachers training work, accumulated a wealth of experience in training, in view of this, it is necessary to study of five years of the junior middle school history teachers training needs to further promote the training of the junior middle school history teachers and provide suggestions and reference for improving the training quality.Through the junior high school history teacher training needs survey analysis five years, the author found the difficulties faced by history teachers in teaching is how to improve students’ interest in learning history and non majors in college history teachers lack of knowledge and how to construct the teaching design of middle school students.trainees to the training expectation including training target, Group innovative forms of organization of training, training content of aging, training time rationalization.The conclusions of this study include the following several points: first, middle school history teachers in Gansu Province in the training target, training organization form, training content, training time these four aspects have needs; second, the above training needs both rationality and lack of main table now of ethics in the lack of attention, ignore the communication and reflection, not aware of the importance of teaching evaluation; third, according to the current situation about the training needs of junior high school history teacher, junior high school history teacher training to meet the needs of the basic strategy is: pay attention to demand investigation, scientific analysis of training needs; make clear the training target, reasonable design training program; training innovation organization; reasonable arrangements for training time.
