All along,the education is a hot topic.Education is becoming increasingly more important in today's society,teaching as the foundation of education cannot be underestimated.For China,it's important to recognize the group of future teachers,because their ability to teach effectively directly affect the future of China.Its equal import to have future teachers to have the in classroom experience so they can better understand and design their course.In this paper,the new model to reconstruct from the instructional design and capacity of the two dimensions as a reference,the specific design goals into instructional design,content design and evaluation design;capacity is divided into two parts knowledge.Setting specific research questions are:(1)How the mathematics teaching design capability before practice?(2)How the mathematics teaching design capability after practice?(3)What the impact on the practice of mathematics teaching design capability?Qualitative research method,case studies,classroom observation and interviews are the foundation of the teaching plan through the pre-service teachers,specific cases will be analyzed before practice,after the design of lesson plans,interviews,etc.,and then concluded that:(1)Teaching design capability for the system architecture is not very understanding before practice,but through courses or seminars and other academic teaching should know with a link,but not enough refining;(2)The performance of teachers in instructional design and to adapt more freely after practice;(3)Internship have a positive,positive impact on Mathematics Teaching design capabilities.Finally,from three angles are given a reasonable approach to development and the corresponding recommendations: increase the classification,reflection,and strengthen principles;enhance teaching,learning and consciousness mathematical beliefs;practice and listen to learn to think,focus on the evaluation.
