Higher vocational education has become an important part of China's higher education, for social and economic development has provided a large number of practical talents with high skills. In recent years, the country had thrived in higher vocational education, Guangxi also seize this rare opportunity, emancipate, pioneering, strong to promote reform in higher vocational college, progress has also been made. However, in the process of development, there are still many difficulties and problems, such as flow is a problem of high vocational counselors, if these problems are not seriously addressed, will affect the potential of higher vocational education development in our region. Therefore, how to explore innovative scientific and effective incentives to strengthen the instructors, counselors further stability, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of instructors and innovative, had become a team of instructors in higher vocational colleges in the construction of a major problem.On the analysis of the example of the instability of some higher vocational counselor team of Guangxi, the paper discovered that the reasons are role ambiguity, heavy work but low evaluation, and the test drive system is not sound. From the point of view of encouragement, consider that we should perfect the counselor team from several aspects:firstly we should control the condition of taking up the job; secondly we should set up the test drive system; thirdly we should provide more chances for counselors'advancement and expanden the way for their self-worth realize.
