The five-year higher vocational students are experiencing the transition fromnormal education to vocational education, the success of entrance education forfreshman in five-year higher vocational college can makes them go smoothly forstudy and life in the future, it is very important for new students of transition.However, on the contrary, in the reality, entrance educations in the higher vocationalcolleges, especially in the five-year higher vocational colleges are not enough, whichlead to many new school students adjustment problems.Aiming at the characteristics of the five-year higher vocational students, thispaper analyzed the necessity of the implementation of school education, and theadvantages of counselors implementation of school education, and from theinstructors themselves and school level to improve the ability of counselorsimplementation of school education and puts forward some effective measures andsuggestions. Paper main body is divided into the following five parts:The first part expounds the connotation of the entrance education, and based onthe students from poor adaptability to the reality and implement the practicalsignificance of the entrance education two aspects analyzes the counselor forfive-year higher vocational freshmen entrance education of necessity.The second part from the five-year higher vocational colleges admissioneducation content, education method, education of the implementation of the subjectand the importance of entrance education from several aspects analyzes the five-yearhigher vocational freshmen entrance education present situation, through the analysispointed out that the current of the five-year higher vocational freshmen entranceeducation cannot meet the freshmen adapt to the new learning and livingenvironment.The third part from the instructor has also expounded the nature of work andresponsibilities in the role of the five-year higher vocational freshmen entranceeducation and, at the same time points out the shortage of instructors in the process ofimplementation of entrance education, points out that improving the capacity ofcounselor education provides a strong basis.The fourth part puts forward the counselor on the guiding ideology of thefive-year higher vocational freshmen entrance education implementation: based onthe guiding thought of raw and counselors, students’ main body of the implementationof the principle. Under the guidance of the guiding ideology, based on theimplementation of the entrance education, promote freshmen’s ability to adapt tohigher vocational study and life.The fifth part points out that the counselor for five-year higher vocationalfreshmen entrance education must possess quality and ability, improve the counseloron the five-year higher vocational freshmen entrance education implementationability of specific countermeasures.
