Vocational education is one of the important components of the national education,which has its unique characteristics.Practical teaching is in the core position in higher vocational education,in which implicit knowledge is included;it is of more significance in research comparing with the explicit knowledge.The management degree of the implicit knowledge in practical teaching of higher vocational education will directly influence its teaching quality and the effect of its talent cultivation.Starting from the management of implicit knowledge in higher vocational practice teaching,and combining the theory of implicit knowledge management and that of the field of education and teaching,applying theoretical study and empirical study by means of documentary method,investigation method and classroom observation method,etc,this research explores students' effective methods of implicit knowledge management to promote the efficiency of higher vocational practice teaching.This research is to probe that the higher vocational students'obtain explicit knowledge through the model of "learning by doing",and they transform their implicit knowledge by adopting the tutorial system mode,and on the basis of "vocational education Shinkansen" network they build learning community to promote the sharing and utilization of their implicit knowledge.From the five dimensions of implicit knowledge,which are meta-cognitive dimensions,the values dimension,emotional dimension,interpersonal dimension and professional skills dimension,the research tries to judge the individual's ability status for his/her mastery of implicit knowledge,and tries to evaluate the student individual skill levels by making use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Through study,the following conclusions are made:implicit knowledge can be obtained by lots of keeping on practice;in practical teaching of higher vocational education the acquisition and transfer of implicit knowledge require the students have specific purposes;and requires students themselves have the courage to practice and think hard;implicit knowledge and explicit knowl-edge are relative,which are limited by individual experiences and information,so those that are more observant,willing to communicate with others are more likely to transfer and apply of implicit knowledge;individual implicit knowledge can be evaluated,and only by the means of the ability evaluation of individual implicit knowledge,can effective management be carried out.
