Based on the previous related studies and variables of research samples, the interaction model among payment situation, organizational behavior, work performance and population structure as well as the theoretical assumption of this thesis are brought up. A questionnaire survey is designed in order to further evidence the interaction of the related variable with positive analysis, thus demonstrates that the payment of teachers in research-oriented universities influences their work performance through the intermediate variable---organizational behavior. The results of the positive research evidences the assumption that organizational behavior is of vital importance to payment and work performance.
