At present, the expansion of the scale of the technical school caused a shortage of teachers, and the employment-oriented training Model put forward special requirements for the teachers' practical ability.The construction of teacher team has become the weakest link to restrict the development of mechanic education and the quality of technical education.It has very important practical significance to research the teachers team construction of technical colleges for the construction of "big manufacturing country" and " realizing the transformation from industrial countries to the industrial powers ", accelerating cultivate tens of thousands of engineers, senior technicians and qualified professional talents.In this paper, multi-center management theory is applied to analyze the problems and causes of the construction of teachers in technical colleges. It is suggested that the government should play an active role in the development of high skill talents.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the theoretical basis, including the definitions and related concepts of mechanic education, technical colleges and professional teachers, double-qualified teachers, the theory of multi-center governance, and analysis of the teacher training, teacher training.In the second part, analyze the technical education teachers, teacher training status, and causes of problems through the questionnaire survey and interviews.The third part is to study the management experience in the introduction and training of foreign teaching staff of vocational education, and analyze the reference signification of the construction of teacher team of technical colleges. According to the theory of multi-center governance, the fourth part puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from three aspects:government, enterprise and school, and to promote tripartite collaboration as Governments, businesses, schools to improve the construction of teacher team of technical colleges and to play an active role in training high skilled talents.
