The construction of teachers is one of the key factors in the development of vocational education connotation,and it is also an important guarantee for secondary vocational schools to improve the quality of running schools.To build a "double-qualified" teaching team which can adapt to the characteristics of secondary vocational education and meet its practical and technical teaching requirements is to improve the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools.The important guarantee that conveys the high-quality laborer and the qualified technical skill talented person to the society.Taking Qinhuangdao Health School as an example,this paper makes a deep analysis of the problems existing in the construction of "double qualified" teachers in Qinhuangdao City,and points out that the number of double-qualified teachers in the construction of "double-qualified" teachers in this secondary vocational school is insufficient and unstable.The age structure is out of balance,the title structure is poor and so on.The reasons include that some school leaders and teachers themselves have lagged behind in the construction of "double qualified" teachers,the management mechanism is not scientific enough and the construction system is not perfect enough.On the basis of this,several countermeasures are put forward.Firstly,we should unify the understanding,overcome the concept of vocational education,and enhance the level of attention to the construction of the team.Secondly,in the management mechanism,we should perfect the qualification mechanism of double teachers,perfect the mechanism of salary distribution,straighten out the practice mechanism of enterprises,optimize the mechanism of performance appraisal,and explore the supporting mechanism of government departments.Finally,in the system,we should reform the system of selection and introduction,revise the evaluation system of professional titles,establish a long-term training system,and improve the system of school-enterprise cooperation in running a school,so as to improve the quality of the construction of "double-qualified" teachers.This article mainly through the use of literature analysis,case analysis,questionnaire research,among which the core of literature analysis of the existing secondary vocational schools "double-qualified" teachersundefined team construction literature collection and analysis;Case analysis method,mainly taking Qinhuangdao City Health School as the concrete case,and questionnaire survey method,mainly designed the related questions about the construction of the "double qualified" teachers,and understood the present situation of the construction of the "double qualified" teachers in the school.
