The Dynamic Extinction Of Teachers' Learning In The Perspective Of Cultural Capital

Teacher learning is the basic requirement for teachers in teacher education reform,and an important channel for teachers' professional development.In recent years,the state promulgated the commitment to improve the quality of teacher policy,reform and improve the teachers' professional development system for arousing the enthusiasm of the teachers work and study.The research on Teachers' learning motivation is of great significance to enhance teachers' learning enthusiasm.This paper is closely related to the interests of teachers of cultural capital,understand the factors of learning motivation of teachers to stimulate teachers' learning power.The research consists of the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.The purpose and significance of research background,research status at home and abroad,on the cultural capital and the core concept of teacher learning,the problems described.The second part is theoretical research.In Bourdieu's cultural capital theory on the basis of analysis of morphology,features and functions of teachers' cultural capital,cultural capital and clarify the relationship between the teachers' learning motivation.The third part is the investigation and study.Through the investigation of the learning motivation of the urban middle and primary school teachers,to explore the reality of the influence factors of teachers' learning motivation,analyze the influence of cultural capital on the motivation of teachers.The fourth part is a case study.By compiling the teacher lesson plans,teaching reflection,research papers,and the specific interview,combing the teachers in different development stages of learning motivation factors.Analysis the role of cultural capital in the different stages of teachers' learning motivation.Finally,from the perspective of the demand of teachers,the environment optimization is guaranteed,and the different forms of capital are transformed intothree aspects,and puts forward the strategies to stimulate the motivation of teachers.
