Wen Jiabao, with a great birth from an education family, is a great Marxist and one of the major leaders of China. He was terribly busy with the affairs of the whole country, but has a special feeling and profound sentiment for China’s education career development. Wen Jiabao always kept people’s livelihood and happiness in mind, had a great passion on education and attached great importance to education. He insisted putting the education’s development as a priority strategy, and often inspected and researched in primary education institutes and visited teachers and students. His conversations on education fully embodied the foresight and unique vision of education development and showed his thoughts of education. He foresaw the education of China with developing insight, put forward a number a number of extraordinary views of the construction of education blueprint.Everything he did for the reforming and developing of education just based on the benefits of people, and he made great achievements in fasting the construction of modern socialism and the revitalizing China.Wen’s education ethics thoughts’ connotation is rich, extensive and profound. In this paper, through the researching of the Wen’s education ethics, reflecting Wen’s concern and attention to education career, showing that he proposed a series of important education ethic statements according to the age requests and education development regularity. The paperrespectively researches Wen’s education ethics thoughts from the views of education fairness, civilian education, teacher’s virtue and then summarizes the new characteristic views and unique penetrating education ethics theories of Wen Jiabao. The paper also showed his ethic education thoughts in the heritage and development in Marxism education ethics thoughts and the education ethics thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and its practice in contemporary education reform and development. Deeply researches Wen’s moral education thought connotation and the embodiment of the contemporary education development and reform, as well as the new development of his education ethics thoughts in Marxism education ethics thoughts and the education ethics thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics and contemporary value are summarized and induction.Deeply researching these precious ethical spirits in the education thoughts and ideas of Wen Jiabao had great practical significance for enriching the theories of Chinese socialism characteristics education, promoting scientific reform and development of education, enhancing the modern civilization building and practicing the strategy of powering the country with science,education and talents.
