| At present,with the continuous development and progress of our country’s economy and society,the industrial structure is realizing the transformation from labor-intensive to technology-intensive,and the social demand for high-quality workers and first-line skilled workers with certain theoretical knowledge is increasing day by day.Due to the demand of social development and the basic attributes of secondary vocational schools,the position of secondary vocational education in economic construction is becoming increasingly prominent.In 2010,the Ministry of Education formulated the Innovation Action Plan for the Reform of Secondary Vocational Education(2010-2012),which promoted the deepening reform of secondary vocational education.In 2017,the Shaanxi Provincial Education Department issued the "opinions on the implementation of the Reform of the enrollment system in Senior Middle Schools in Shaanxi Province ",which clearly carried out the enrollment work according to the requirements of the general enrollment scale.In 2020,the proportion of vocational enrollment in our province reached 4:6.With the deepening of the reform of secondary vocational education,the career planning education of secondary vocational school students has attracted much attention.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued a circular on the Regulations on Vocational Guidance in Secondary Vocational Schools,in which it was made clear that the main purpose of vocational guidance for secondary vocational students is to develop students’ academic planning and management,as well as their professional awareness and professional ability,so as to provide strong support for students’ adaptation to society and the sustainable development of their careers.However,in view of the actual situation,there are still many problems in the career planning education of secondary vocational students,so it is necessary to promote the individual development of students by solving the practical problems of career planning education in secondary vocational schools.Improve students’ employability and career planning ability.Based on the questionnaire method,literature review method,interview method,observation method and statistical analysis method,the paper questionnaire is used to collect the data through the questionnaire star interviews with teachers of different disciplines,this paper summarizes the present situation,causes and effective implementation strategies of career planning education in secondary vocational schools.Through investigation and research,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the career planning education of secondary vocational schools and the causes of the problems from four levels: individual students,school level,family level and social level.The conclusions are as follows:Ⅰ.Lack of self-cognitive ability,lack of professional and professional cognition and weak career planning ability.The main reason is that the general cultural course of secondary vocational students is poor,the orientation of individuals is vague,and there is a lack of career planning education in all stages of growth.Ⅱ.The school career planning curriculum theory and practice are out of touch,and the career planning curriculum system is unreasonable.The main reasons are not enough attention to career planning curriculum,lack of special administrative institutions,lack of high-quality teachers,emphasis on theory and practice in school career planning curriculum.Ⅲ.The participation of parents in students’ career planning is low.The main reason is that the lack of knowledge of long career planning leads to the lack of attention to students’ career planning education and the backwardness of professional concept can not guide students to set up a correct professional view.Ⅳ.The influence of the social level on the career planning of secondary vocational students is mainly the influence of the general concept of society on the vocational outlook of secondary vocational students,the lack of legal guarantee and the lack of social resources.Through the reason analysis,this paper puts forward the promotion strategy of career planning education effect of secondary vocational school students from four levels: individual,school,family and society.Ⅰ.Starting from the individual students,we should improve the cognition of career planning,including strengthening the construction of self-concept,clarifying the importance of career planning and defining individual development goals.Ⅱ.From the point of view of schools,schools should improve the training system of career planning,establish professional organizations,attach importance to the construction of teaching staff,optimize the curriculum,focus on the development of school-based teaching materials,diversify teaching methods,promote students’ initiative,and establish a scientific curriculum evaluation system to enhance the effectiveness and comprehensiveness of curriculum evaluation.Ⅲ.From the family level,parents should take part in students’ career planning education,change traditional professional concepts and give students effective guidance.Ⅳ.From a social perspective,a good social support system,such as government policy support and a new model of integration of industry and education,is needed.The aim is to promote the sustainable development of students by improving the educational effect of career planning. |
