Personalized education in Western countries has made remarkable achievement, at home also gradually become the inexorable trend of education reform, and the education teaching practice in the developed region, produced results. Personalized education era can be born,in a people-oriented stems from its concept, to foster the economic and social development needs the diversity of talents for the purpose. The purpose of education should be to promote the all-round development of students, but for a long time but we will simply interpreted as "comprehensive development" average "development". In traditional teaching, we may pay more attention to students "short board", namely the shortcoming or, simply think education teaching is to make students change their shortcomings, to achieve the "balanced development", so to some extent, neglected the student personality traits, failing to respect the individual differences of students, and even killed the students creative consciousness and creative spirit. In "personalized teaching", we need to understand the personalized teaching should not only make students "short board", and to make its "long board" longer. So, first, teachers need to change the traditional concept of personalized teaching respect students' individual differences. Eventually make personalized education can become a real, according to the student individuality difference in students' personalized development as the goal of teaching. Formed by helping students to improve the moral quality, healthy psychological quality to guide students to set up the correct world outlook, the outlook on life, values, and for students to become a have ideal, morality,culture and discipline of good citizens. Thus this article with the individuation teaching of junior middle school thought moral as the research object, according to the specific stages of development and the social development of the students in terms of Sam on the talent requirements, through the analysis of the ideological and moral teaching existing problems, puts forward the implementation of personalized teaching ideology and moral character of measures and suggestions, hoping to enrich the subject matter of personalized teaching, provide effective reference for think of personalized teaching.Through personalized ideological and moral teaching, help students to understand the national conditions, cultivate their patriotic feelings, strengthen the legal education of students, make it sets up the moral law consciousness, pay attention to the formation of students' healthy psychological quality, let the students self-confidence, self-reliance and self-strengthening, and to make students get all-round development of ieological and moral foundation.
