Self confidence is each person's growth process of an indispensable positive factor, everyone needs self-confidence with, a person who have self-confidence, in daily life will be optimistic, cheerful and positive, the courage to face the difficulties and challenges. This study mainly expounds the M Cun, Bijie City left behind children's basic situation, survey the M village left behind children lack the confidence, analysis the M village of left behind children are lack of self-confidence,and to enhance m staying in the village children's self-confidence is the object of the research.The author in social learning theory, mirror my theory, advantages theory and children's sensitivity of the three-dimensional theory guidance, selection of social work methods in case work, group work, of M village children left behind a confidence boost of guidework, and a confidence boost applied research. In the practice of specific confidence boost, the author makes a case, andclient were 6 times face-to-face service. Three times a network service platform, 4 home visits to serve;six times growth group activities, the theme of each group on confidence upgrade to expand.At the end of the study, the author used case work and group work methods were summarized and evaluated, that the social work method in the left behind children's self-confidence enhance has important significance, social workers in the process involved, to the left behind children implanted in the positive factors, to accompany their plant dream, guide them to a correct understanding of their own, enhance their self-confidence, encourage them to dare to look to the future.
