Self-confidence is an individual's correct perception and positive attitude for himself.Cultivating children's ability to believe in themselves is an important and positive factor in the growth process.Establishing a good psychological mechanism of self-confidence i5 of great significance to the realization of educational and teaching objectives and the establishment of individual and perfect social personality.However,for left-behind children to stay away from their parents for a long time,material and spiritual needs are not met and taken care of.If you are unable to understand its needs in a timely manner and conduct effective interventions,it is difficult to make up for the lack of the minds of left-behind children,leading to negative negative growth of negative psychology.In this case,the involvement of social work is needed to help solve the problem of left-behind children facing insufficient self-confidence.This article starts from the lack of self-confidence of left-behind children,and carries out the" the Best in the sun" self-confidence improvement group to comprehensively explore the effectiveness of the group work in improving the self-confidence of left-behind children.Taking the left-behind children in Suining City as an example,interviews method and the questionnaire survey method are used for demand analysis.Based on the theory of social support and the theory of mirroring,we use the group method to intervene in the problem of insufficient self-confidence of left-behind children.Recovering the social support sjystem for left-behind children,promote individual development mechanisms,enhance self-efficacy,enhance self-awareness,and expand interpersonal skills.The application of the analysis team in the improvement of self-confidence of left-behind children affirmed the positive effect of the group work in the improvement of self-confidence of left-behind children.Research shows that,On the one hand,the study reflects the necessity of social work to improve the self-confidence of left-behind children,and the characteristics of the group work mode are consistent with the advantages of the growth group of left-behind children.More social work models that are suitable for intervention in left-behind children can be explored.On the other hand,the group work has significantly improved the self-cognition,self-efficacy and interpersonal communication of left-behind children,and sulmarized and reflected on the existing problems.
