In this paper, hoping to arouse domestic society of University think tank, especially the interest in the study of the new university think tank, also want government to improve on the construction of University think tank's attention and investment, establish and improve policy consultation mechanism, improve the decision-making more scientific and democratic, to deal with various problems and challenges.
