Positive Expectations On The Impact Of High School Students' Autonomy

At present,high school students have not got good autonomy,which exists mainly in the following points: First,In terms of behavioral autonomy,students are not fully autonomous and fully independent,nor are they able to resist all kinds of temptations around them.Second,In the field of emotional autonomy,students can not take the responsibility of personal decision,value judgment and emotional invariance.Besides,they can not deal with temporary difficulties and failures in an objective way,and dare not express their opinions as well.Third,In terms of cognitive autonomy,students are not able to deal with interpersonal relationship well.They can not adapt to new environment well,and they have difficulties in adjusting their behavior to their own goals.This situation not only affects students' study and life,but also has a negative and farreaching effect on students' physical and mental health.On the basis of literature research and questionnaire survey,this study investigates the status of autonomy in one senior high school in Ningbo.According to the theory of group counseling,a group counseling scheme will be designed and implemented to improve the autonomy of students and offer reference of research on autonomy of students.The research is divided into three parts:First,the first grade students of a general high school in Ningbo were selected as the object of the survey,including 4 classes,with a total of 156.Using the questionnaire survey,the data were analyzed to understand the status of high school students' autonomy,and then selected two classes with independent autonomy as the experimental class and the control class.Second,a comparative experiment was adopted in the method.The group was supplemented by the school in the experimental class,and then the difference between the two classes was investigated by questionnaires.Third,The group coaching of school teaching and family education were adopted in the experimental class,while the control class used group guidance in the school,and the questionnaire was used to investigate the discrepancy of the two classes,which was more obvious than the first stage.The conclusion will beFirst,High school students are not perfect in behavior autonomy.Second,through the comparison experiment,it is found that the students' autonomy of the two classes has a great difference,and the students' autonomy of the experimental class has been improved,which indicates that the school group guidance is effective for the students' autonomy.Third,after the group coaching of school and family cooperation in the experimental class,and after the group tutoring of the control class,the autonomy of the two classes has been improved,but the difference is greater.It shows that the group guidance of the cooperative school teaching and the family education is more effective for the students from the earlier guidance.Above all,the active cooperation and expectation of school and family can change the status of high school students 'autonomy to a certain extent,so that high school students can grow up healthily and actively,and can also provide a case study for students' autonomy.
