A Preliminary Research On The Application Of Educational Ecology In Management Of Scientific Research

Educational ecology as a result of two mutually interweaving subjects of education and ecology is a subdivision that applies ecology to social management. Educational ecology studies all kinds of educational phenomena and causes in order to grasp the principles of development in education and to bring to light the developmental tendency and orientation in education based on principles of ecology, especially ecosystem, ecological balance, coordination of evolution, integrating structure with function, etc. Thus, generally speaking, educational ecology researches into interaction of the principles and mechanism of education and its ecological environments including environments of nature, society, regularity, physiology and psychology. On one hand, educational ecology starts with analysis of kinds of educational ecological environment, ecological factors on education. On the other hand, it begins with the reaction of education on ecological environment. Based on these, it further analyses the ecological structures of education. Thereby, this subject makes a systematic exposition on education from macroscopic and microscopic point of ecology. In addition, it expounds the ecological conical contour and age scale on the structures of educational stratum. And it makes analysis into different layers which consist of individual ecology of education, educational colony of ecosystem and situation of dissipation, educational levels of structures, and distribution patterns of educational ecology.Institutions of higher education are the main forces of scientific research as well as play the main role in competition in science and technology.
