| Moral education is an important research content, class management is the core cells of school management, under the new situation, the whole staff morals education of class management strategy research become a research hotspot. Taking the North Mechanical and Electrical Industrial School for example(this school has early implementation of moral education of the whole management), in the full study secondary vocational school class management strategy in the concept of moral education, mainly by understanding the current situation of students moral education management, summarizes the problems existing in the students moral education management, and analyze the problem causes, finally aimed at the development status of effective classroom management strategies are put forward. These strategies include: the teacher in charge management strategies, classroom teachers, students self-management, parents to participate in the management strategy.
