Research On The Problem And Countermeasures For The Unbalanced Development Of Regional Higher Education Based On SWOT Analysis

Unbalanced development of regional higher education is a reflection of economic, cultural, geographical in difference region, it’s also an outline describe of the current situation of the development of higher education in China. In a certain degree unbalanced development of regional higher education could improve the development efficiency and enthusiasm of regional higher education, but also lead to widen the gap of the development level of higher education in different regions, and even make higher education unbalance happened. Therefore, to promote the balanced development of regional higher education would help lighten unbalanced and uncoordinated which made by unbalanced development of regional higher education; it also would help eliminate contradiction of fairness and efficiency in the development of higher education, reduce regional development gap, and then make the strength of higher education enhance, the rational allocation of educational resources and higher education connotation development come true. But the differences of policy direction, economy development, location could influence the process of higher education in the process of development.This paper take the theory of balance development of regional higher education as the first part, and then to know the situation and development of higher education in Jiangxi province, describe the specific situation and discusses the aspects due to it through look up a lot of date, and then take about countermeasures which can make balanced development of regional higher education come true.This paper divided into five parts to discussion:The first part of introduction discussed the implicit topics of reasons, the study reviewed, topics of significance and research methods.The second part mainly discussed the core concept and the theoretical basis for the possibility of balanced development of regional higher education.The third part discuss the possibility of balanced development of regional higher education in Jiangxi province through SWOT analysis.The forth part discuss the current situation and attribution to Jiangxi higher education by looking up the data.The last part discuss the countermeasures from the government, higher education system and high school about balanced development of regional higher education of Jiangxi.
