The improvement of athletics performance benefits by the scientific training methods.The rapid development of modern science and technology provides our sports training with a lot of help, just rely on past experience of coaches, it can't get good results. The optimal control of scientific quantification and stereotype of the training process is the key of excellent results achieved. Model training method is a multi-factor method which successfully solved the problem of the application. Model training method of development and changes controls information in the whole training process, so we can timely find weaknesses in the training process and quantitative analysis of the target.In recent years, Chinese sprint has been growing rapidly. Chinese sprint team, consist of college athletes, made a series of excellent results at home and abroad. This article takes college men's sprint athletes for the object, establishes college men's sprint training model, analyzes the model training method deeply by its application process,characteristics, advantages and the feature of college high-level sports teams.Questionnaire investigation, negotiation, the use of six experiments and statistics for 100 meters sprint athletes training of Huazhong University of Science and Technology the high-level sports team. Getting the following conclusions by comparing the athletes score before and after the experiment:(1) The application of model training method for College men's 100 meters high level training is feasible, in this article, the “college high-level men's 100 meters athletes' special Quality balanced development pattern table” operated easily,it has high credibilityand applicable to high- level college men's 100 meter athletes by training practice tests.(2) Mode training method has a simple, scientific training process and the characteristics of economy and aging for improving athletic training.(3) The main factors of the high-level men's 100 meters Jumpers are as follow: squat maximum weight(kg), high turn maximum weight(kg), thigh muscle groups received weight(kg), 60 m standing start(s), 100 m standing start(s), 150 m standing start(s),standing start 300m(s), place ten stride jump(m), standing 100 m stride jump(n), those can be used as test indicators for college men's 100 m high level training level assessment.
