Study On The Quality Evaluation System Of University Logistics Service

First class colleges and universities need to first-class logistics service, first-class logistics service to sup port the n eed for first-class logistics management. With the successful implementation of the popularizat ion of higher education in China, the development of colleges and universities has changed from the extension to the connotation development, and the key to im prove the quality of university logistics service is to improve the scientific level of logistics management. With the deepening of the reform of logistics socialization in Colleges and universities, it is the pursuit of the University's logistics management to meet the growing needs of the students and the teachers and students to im prove their satisfaction. Therefore, it is im portant to construct scientific and reasonable evalua tion system of logistics service quality evaluation system, which has im portant theoretical and p ractical significance for improving the service level of logistics m anagement and providing ef fective service for the reform and development of colleges and universities.Based on the them e of constructing logist ics service quality evaluation system, this paper analyzes an d summarizes the relevant literature data, analyzes and summarizes the existin g problems and causes, and puts forward the contents and requirements of the construction of servi ce evaluation system. Secondly, using the theory of customer satisfaction, organizational management and quality management, combined with the p ractice of logistics management, normative research, build a se t of relatively complete evaluation system of university logistics service quality. Finally, through investigation and sampling, field investigation and comprehensive evaluation, to the logistics of independent business service entities f or example, verify the practical effect of service quality evaluation system.This paper takes Huaqiao University as a case study, and analyzes the service quality and the existing problem s of the l ogistics service entities in the school, and analyzes the results of the evaluatio n and the compensation performance. Effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff of the logistics, and promote the school logistics service quality of physical service. The evaluation system has good adaptability and feasibility, and has practical reference value, which can prov ide reference for further improving the quality level of logistics management in Colleges and universities.
