Nowadays, with the rapid expansion of college enrollment, the employment of the graduates becomes the focus of students, parents and even the whole society. Meanwhile, the senior-vocational education takes an important role that can never be ignored. With the grave employment situation and contradiction, the senior-vocational education should take more responsibility for the livelihood and job positions. During the period of reforming and opening up, high education should pay more attention to the senior-vocational education, make it more practical and reliable. This is not only about personal development, but a significant way to coordinate the high education with the society progress and to solve the problem of employment.This dissertation, divided in 5 chapters, takes a research on the graduates' employment management of senior-vocational education. Chapter 1 roughly describes the articles about the management, methodology and skills both at home and abroad, which are the achievements in this field. Chapter 2 expounds the related concepts and theories about the senior-vocational education. Combined with the whole employment environment in our country, chapter 3 analyses the current situation and specific cases of the Anhui Vocational & Technical College of Forestry. Chapter 4, through the analysis on the problems of graduates' employment management, such as incomplete system and lack of resources, deducts the factors that exert an influence, for example, lack of attention and management team. The last part, chapter 5, shows some solutions on the problems of the employment management. Such as, dedicating to the quality of the management and forming a professional team at the same time. With the process of guiding the graduates' employment, pulls in the co-foster mechanism between the colleges and enterprises, which finally improve the employment rate effectively.This dissertation aims to providing a reference for the reform and innovation of the current employment management in senior-vocational colleges, releasing the employment pressure, promoting the reform on senior-vocational education system, accelerating the domestic economy construction. and finally, maintaining the social harmony and stability.
