With the current reform of basic education,the development of school teachers also gradually formed a professional trend.In order to promote the teachers' autonomous learning ability and improve the teaching quality,a large number of educators have been exploring and studying.We now know the results,since the media in the context of teacher learning community as a line with the development of the science teachers,learning and growth mode,its huge role and significance has been widely accepted and recognized by the public.However,as the basic education key primary school English teachers,there is a big gap in the level of knowledge,ability and professional development,and in the learning community operation activities are more or less unsatisfactory,also can not fully play a positive role in primary school English learning community of teachers in primary school teachers' professional development,cause a serious waste of English teachers in primary school,money,and time for more than one level to a great extent.This paper is based on the development of primary school English teachers' professional level,combined with the primary school English teachers' characteristics different from other levels or professional teachers,through the understanding and cognition of learning community of teachers,the author draws the primary school English teachers in the community to promote the development of the professional level of primary school English teachers with profound influence.The author collected relevant data effectively through random questionnaire,depth analysis of the random multifaceted survey results,a detailed understanding of the current situation of English teachers in primary school community in Yantai area,and then sums up the primary school English teachers in the community and some problems in the circumstances,once again discussed factors primary school English teachers in the community can not fully play its due effect is good what.Based on the previous work of preparation in the investigation,the author pertinently draws the deficiencies and shortcomings in the learning and growth of primary school English teachers in the community of scientific research and empirical research,not to mind taking the trouble in the repeat of the theory and practice of teaching in the depth analysis test,from a deeper scientific and reasonable the growth and development of primary school English teachers' professional level of community methods and strategies.I hope that through this study can improve the primary school English teachers learning community is not ideal situation that contribute to increase the effectiveness and timeliness of primary school English teachers in the professional development of the Yantai area.
