"Education is communication",and teaching and class management can not be separated from the communication between teachers and students.The head teacher,in charge of the collective thinking,learning,health and life,is a bridge connecting students,parents,teachers and school.But with the continuous development of society,the idea of people-oriented,and democratic management is becoming more and more popular.Especially,facing the high school students under great pressure from the college entrance examination,the traditional mode of communication has been unable to meet their needs.However,many senior high school teachers lack enough attention to communication,and sometimes the communication is just concentrated in the students' scores and their daily behaviors.And the lack of communication skills in communication may lead to harsh criticism,seriously affecting the communication effect.Therefore,it becomes an urgent problem to realize the effective communication between the head teacher and the students,and to improve the effectiveness of educational work.The research direction is determined by referring to the literature data and the existing research results.According to the research topic,the questionnaire was designed.With the stratified random sampling method,a total of 450 students are investigated.The questionnaire is issued in class,and 420 effective questionnaires are identified.Five teachers are also interviewed to understand the communication between students and teachers.Then,a typical case recorded and analyzed.The communication obstacles are summed up through the investigation of the questionnaire,the class teacher interviews,and class management typical case analysis.The corresponding solutions are found by analyzing the causes of the obstacles.Some reasons contribute to these obstacles: untimely communication;unfair attitude to every student;inadequate communication skills;improper role consciousness of the teachers and so on.According to the obstacles in the communication,and analysis of the factors,the main factors include headteacher and student factors,school factors,and family factors.As for the teacher,the headteacher is often occupied with complicated matters,resulting in communication delay.As for high school,class size is so large and as forparents,parents are not good at communication,ignoring the growth of students.In view of the above factors,the reasonable improvement suggestions are put forward.From the head teacher's point of view,the teacher should change the traditional idea,set up the equal communication consciousness,and learn how to enhance the communication skill.From the student's point of view,students should establish the awareness of active communication,learning the necessary communication skills.From the angle of the school,the school should change the thought of running a school,reduce the size of the class,and set up the relevant courses of communication.From the perspective of the family,parents should change the concept of communication,improve communication skills,and pay attention to the growth of students.This paper aims to enrich and improve communication between the teachers and students,developing class teaching and management actively,providing guidance for teachers and students to achieve effective communication,truly improving the teacher's communication skills.
