With the development of China new course reformation,"the Chinese New Curriculum Standards" requires that we should make sure the students' main role and status in the learning process,liberate students,respect students and pay attention to their personality development.What' s more,it puts forward the personalized requirements in the middle school students' writing,Therefore,we can know it has been an important task for middle school composition teaching to train students to write a personalized composition.Composition is one of the creative activities of publicity personality,so we should vigorously promote the students to write a personalized excellent composition.Under this circumstance,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to understand the current situation of the middle school students' individual composition and to study the teaching strategy of individual composition.As a result,The paper is based on the composition teaching reformatio of Zhaoyuan No.1 Middle School.Through our student's compositions,the phenomenon of the concept,mode and all of the same pattern is still more serious.Students compositions are short of their own ideas,real feelings,real content,personal style,interesting language,personality,creation,which is contrary to the middle school students' development and the need of social development.The current situation is worrying,the composition teaching is out of the life,loses the thought and the self,and is off the track.Many students can't avoid the following problems : Students don't write,it is not easy to teach for teachers.This paper mainly focuses on four aspects:The first is theoretical analysis.From the angle of pedagogy and psychology,the concept of individualized composition and individual composition teaching are clearly defined.The second is the non personalized phenomenon and the reason analysis of the composition.Through the investigation on the students' conception,theme,structure,style,language and other aspects,I draw the following conclusions: a student is an individual,it is the examination-oriented education that obliterate the personality,which results in the same of students' compositions.composition teaching is affected by the exam baton,it ignore students personality development and the cultivation of students' creative ability;students need to advocate individuality and write individualized compositions,because excellent composition must be individualized composition.The third is the teaching goal and principle of the middle school students' individualized composition.The part points out the significance of individualized composition teaching,puts forward the teaching goal of individualized composition,and explains the teaching principle of individualized composition.The fourth is the teaching strategy of individualized composition.It puts forward the operable implementation strategy on middle school students' individualized composition teaching from the following five aspects: cultivation of individualized thinking quality,to mobilize students' unique life experience,to develop the individuality of the proposition,the training of personalized expression ability,and the construction of personalized writing evaluation system,.We should cultivate students' individualized divergent thinking,personalized reverse thinking,personalized creative thinking and imagination.Thinking runs through the writing process,as long as there are writing activities,there must be thinking,writing and thinking are born together;thinking has the depth,the writing also has the depth;thinking has the achievement,the writing also has the achievement.Through mobilizing the unique experience of the students,we can let them write their own experience,say what they want to say,express their true feelings,talk about their own unique feelings and insights.It can fully mobilize the students' memory,broaden the students' vision and let them talk about their own personal understanding to develop the proposition of publicity personality.We should make them express individuality,guide the students to imitate the famous works of love,encourage students to use the reasonable rhetoric and encourage students to express their real feelings.All in all,we must construct the personalized writing evaluation system,let teachers and students both participate in the evaluation,and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the students writing.
