Private education has become an important part of education in China.According to statistics, in 2015 the number of private schools and school students accounted for 24.68% of the total number of education and 17.13%. In addition,there are other private training institutions 20 thousand and 100, 8 million 986 thousand and 600 people have accepted the training. The development of the private education has alleviated the pressure of public education, and solved the problem of the employment of a large number of teachers and other personnel. Over the past thirty years, has made important contributions to private schools for the educational undertaking of our country, in the future of education, private education is still an important force in Chinese education.It can not be ignored is that the private education in the development process of the pressure is also growing. All levels of private school running conditions improved significantly, the overall level of running the school, but in contrast, the private educational institutions in the concept of running and management is backward. Management level of stagnation and backwardness of the concept of talent, coupled with the organization system is not perfect so that the problem of the loss of private school teachers, some of the school teachers to achieve the rate of about 50%. The faculty is the fundamental education, teachers play a vital role in the quality of education, teacher is the soul of school, the comprehensive competitiveness of stable high-quality teachers will promote private schools.Therefore, in the reality of the rapid development of private education in our country,it is urgent to build a relatively stable and highly qualified teachers team.XX school is a private primary school under the XX education group, after more than and 10 years of rapid development, the school has developed into a certain scale, the existing 2362 students, 208 teachers. However, the same as other private colleges and universities, XX school is also facing serious problems of theloss of teachers, the normal school teaching. So it is urgent and important to study and solve the problem of the loss of teachers.The paper based on the investigation and interview of XX school teachers loss status were also described, and sums up some features of the loss of XX school teachers: Teachers' turnover intention is higher, in the sample of 60% people have left or leaving school, only 2% of people think that they can not leave school teachers; the loss characteristics of the high turnover rate for young teachers, female teachers, the high turnover rate of highly educated teachers, senior teachers of the high turnover rate of the high turnover rate and the loss of teachers to diversification.Then the turnover model and contract theory to analyze the reason of teachers' turnover, respectively from three aspects of organization, society and individual;finally, combined with the specific circumstances of the XX school, put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of teachers' turnover, respectively from the salary system, performance appraisal, training and promotion of enterprise culture construction and other aspects of the specific measures.
