With the continuous expansion of China's education,vocational education has also been the attention of our country.China has increased the investment in vocational education,and provides a good opportunity for the development of vocational education.Vocational education in China,although the development of late,but by the national development and education of the spring,the achievements are obvious to all.However,from a practical point of view of the development of vocational education,vocational education schools,due to the uneven level,especially some vocational education run by the local people only pay attention to economic benefits,while ignoring the construction of teacher-student relationship,the deterioration of relations between teachers and students,the contradiction and conflict between teachers and students intensified.In this case,the relationship between teachers and students in vocational education,teacher-student relationship are the main problems and their reasons are analyzed and traced back to find the crux of problem solving.For vocational education,it is a very urgent problem.Therefore,the research to the relationship between teachers and students in X Vocational Collage as the research object,to vocational education in the teacher-student relationship system analysis with vocational education of teacher-student relationship dependence experiment,of Vocational Education in the relationship between teachers and students and improve teaching methods improvement practice of trying,and ultimately through the experiment verify the vocational education in the teacher-student relationship has a higher degree of dependence.In this study,the experimental research methods,the relationship between teachers and students of vocational education were discussed in this paper.This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the study,literature review,research content and research methods.An overview of the theory of the second chapter of vocational education and the relationship between teachers and students,simple introduced an important role and manifestation of the concept of vocational education from the definition,the relationship between teachers and students,harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and shows the problems existing in the current vocational education in the teacher-student relationship.The third chapter is the reason of the relationship between teachers and students in vocational education.On Vocational Education teacher-student relationship are the causes of the problems many of,the effect of influence on the traditional relationship between teachers and students from the Westernization of education and economic development of teacher-student relationship,pluralistic values of teacher-student relationship influence three aspects,analyzes the relationship problems between teachers and students in the vocational education.The fourth chapter is about the experiment of the relationship between teachers and students in Vocational education.By experimental analysis method,X Vocational Collage two classes before and after the experiment,the relationship between teachers and students score and investigate whether there are differences in the total score of the students before and after the experiment,the level of expertise of the students is improved and the comprehensive abilities of students if there is a change and verify the ability of the students and improve the teacher-student relationship from the improvement of whether there is a positive correlation between.At the same time,the experiment object,the experiment object,the experiment design and the data analysis are introduced in the paper.The fifth chapter conclusion.According to the collected data,comparative analysis of before and after the experiment,to determine in the improvement of the relationship between teachers and students,the total score of nursing students in the class,professional skills and comprehensive quality and ability have been improved.The results show that the harmonious relationship between teachers and students the ability to improve positive relationship.At the same time,according to the experimental results,this paper summarizes the full text,and analyzes the research areas to be improved.
