As the important part of higher education system, higher vocational education has scored notable successes in the past twenty years. With the technological development and the goal of construction socialist modernization’s put forward, the society for talents’demand changed significantly, include the quantity and knowledge structure of talents. The property and characteristic of higher vocational education decide that it must fit the needs of society and improve the quality of education constantly. If so, the higher vocational education can cultivate high quality talents for the development of economic society. At the same time, teacher’s qualities and abilities can influence the quality of education in a large part, so we must accelerate the construction speed of higher vocational institute’s double-qualified faculty team.This text takes higher vocational college’s double qualified teachers as the research object, takes how to construct the double-qualified faculty team as the research focus. The paper takes double type teachers theory and vocational technical teachers’education theory as theory guidance. The paper’s research design is concepts、current situation feasibility analysis、construction methods and it includes five parts.The first part is introduction. This part mainly introduces the background, significance, research methods, research contents etc, to enter the article theme.The second part is basic theory. Through the introduction of the concept of double-type teachers’ put forward and the origin, combining with the particularity of higher vocational education. At last, reach the conclusion of double-type teachers’ quality requirements in higher vocational colleges. From the human nature assumption theory, learning organization theory, theory of teachers’specialization, three aspects discusses theoretical basis of the construction of higher vocational college double-type teachers’team, build a solid theoretical foundation for the full text.The third part is take Baoji vocational technology institute as a case, introduces the current situation of the construction of the higher vocational college’s double-qualified faculty team. Based on the analysis of the questionnaires, the article from the vocational colleges and the "double type" teachers’ understanding of the situation, the number of "double type" teachers, teachers of training, teacher quality, teacher training situation, five aspects introduces the reality of teachers’ team construction in higher vocational colleges, and on this basis, analyzes the five factors influencing the teachers’ team construction in higher vocational colleges. The fourth part from the perspective of society, education, personal the three system analyzes the basic of construction of the higher vocational college’s double-qualified faculty team, the necessity and feasibility of advancing higher vocational colleges’teachers troop overall quality are pointed out. The fifth part is the core content of the article. This chapter on the basis of previous analysis, draw lessons from foreign training in higher vocational colleges teacher training beneficial experience, combined with social reality condition, put forward the construction countermeasures and suggestions of the double-qualified teachers in higher vocational colleges.In this paper’s research process, we find that there are some problems in our country’s higher vocational college. Such as the education of higher vocational college, the cultivation of higher vocational college’s teaching staff, the number of double qualified teacher. These problems are caused by two aspects of subjective and objective. In the subsequent study, I will study the abroad construction of higher vocational college’s double qualified teaching staff and hope can made new research results.
