Pondering On Professionalization Of Class Adviser In Compulsory Education Stage

It has been a common measure for nations to strengthen their national power by strengthening education, which is also the requirement of this new time, and main force to push the progress of our society. The quality of education, especially compulsory education in a country or area, becomes a key factor which has great influence on the development of that country or area. Considering current education system in our area, there is a close relationship between the quality of education and management of school class. For this reason, promoting the professionalization of class adviser in compulsory education stage would be a valuable measure to improve the quality of education. For the purpose of moving away the difficulties on the way of professionalization of class adviser, an active reforming of existing education system, this paper, supported by a lot of existing literature on this theme and informatin collected by visiting schools, focuses on a series of consideraton, such as speciality of local cultural background, renewing education concept, reforming of merit -based salary system, improving school management, balancing school development in different city districts. Before achieving our wish that compulsory education could match up our economic and social development, it is important to clear up our basic thinking, drafting a definite plan, choosing an autonomous development way, and actively boost the professionalization of class adviser.
