With the vigorous development of the pre-school education in our country,the pre-school education professional talent demand is bigger,the trained specialists in the field of pre-school education of secondary vocational schools is an important part of kindergarten teachers.However,the quality of pre-school education talents trained by many secondary vocational schools is not optimistic.The graduates of the pre-school education profession generally show the problem of poor adaptability and lack of comprehensive vocational ability.The reasons for the situation are mainly due to the problems in the curriculum provision.Pre-school education professional technical secondary school curriculum in our country is under the influence of a three-stage curriculum pattern,which causes the separation between existing curriculum system and kindergarten teachers of pre-school education professional skills,and difficulty to quickly adapt to their jobs for the kindergarten teachers and child-care workers.Facing the low secondary vocational pre-school education professional personnel training quality,the purpose of this study is to combine competence-based vocational education thought,and process case analysis to school,and pre-school education specialized curriculum existing problems and the cause of the problem,and put forward related suggestions based on ability standard to the secondary pre-school education specialized curriculum.Taking a key secondary vocational schools in Guangdong Province professional pre-school education as a case,this research applies the integrated use of text analysis,questionnaire and interview method,and analyzes professional teaching plan of pre-school education of the case school based on nearly four terms,the questionnaire survey to 70 graduates about adaption as kindergarten teacher,and satisfaction of the pre-school education specialized curriculum.This research also involves interviews to 10 pre-school education professional teachers,to get known to the school pre-school education specialized curriculum structure,curriculum content,teaching staff,training facilities,university-enterprise cooperation and suggestions to the curriculum reform.Based on the results of questionnaire survey and interviews,this paper elaborates the status of professional curriculum for pre-school education of secondary vocational schools in three aspects: training target,curriculum structure and course content.Based on the competence-based vocational education thought,analyzes the present situation of the curriculum in secondary vocational preschool education major,the secondary vocational preschool education professional requirements and curriculum has carried on the contrast analysis,and combining the graduates view of curriculum found some problems of secondary vocational preschool education professional courses,mainly include training specifications of ability one-sided goal,the curriculum structure and the ability training,course content conformity with capacity requirements.Further aiming at the existing problem of secondary vocational preschool education specialized curriculum attribution analysis,it is concluded that preschool education professional technical secondary school curriculum problems are: the cause of the curriculum lack of advanced vocational education concept lead,the curriculum is not on the investigation of professional capacity requirements analysis,the guarantee of the effective implementation of the curriculum system is not sound.Based on the idea of competency-based education,the author puts forward relevant Suggestions for the pre-school education curriculum setting of secondary vocational schools.First,set ability as the standard profession education concept;Second,revise the training target according to the vocational ability requirement.Thirdly,reasonable curriculum structure is designed according to competency standard.Fourth,centering on vocational ability development ability standard curriculum;Fifth,improve the effective implementation of the curriculum system.
