This thesis selected the Confucius Classroom in Paoay national high schools in the Philippines as an objects of the case study, case studied the Confucius Classroom in Paoay national high schools in the Philippines of cultural transmission conditions. The main research method is to take literature, case analysis and questionnaire. I studied the two main fields of cultural diffusion the Confucius Classroom in Paoay national high schools in the Philippines, including Chinese language teaching and cultural activities; analysis of a typical case of cultural transmission, analyzes the regional radiation effect of cultural transmission; and according to the theory of communication cultural communication activities specific studies, studied the actual situation of the Confucius Classroom in Paoay national high schools in the Philippines spread subject, dissemination of content, communication environment, means of communication and dissemination of results in five areas, the last to reach appropriate conclusions. Finally, on this basis, for cultural dissemination the Confucius Classroom in Paoay national high schools in the Philippines of the actual situation, proposed public secondary the Confucius Classroom in Paoay national high schools in the Philippines Culture Communication thought: Confucius Classroom Philipines Cultural Communications to integrate into society, and were launched into the local situation, and the importance of cultural transmission, the limitations obstacles the Confucius Classroom, and discussed the integration path. Finally, a practical optimization tips.
