In recent years,the rapid development of the Sino-foreign cooperative higher education has an important role for promoting Chinese educational system reform,broadening the way of internationalized talents cultivation and promoting the development of education internationalization.The core of the Sino-foreign cooperative education is to introduce the foreign high-quality education resources.There are many problems in the process of introducing the foreign high-quality education resources with the further development of Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools in colleges and universities.Therefore,there is particularly necessary that how to introduce,digest,use and management the foreign high-quality education resources based on introduction of level high quality education resources for the Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools in Chinese colleges and universities.In this paper,the title is “The current situation research of the introduction of high-quality education resources for the Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools in colleges and universities”,and a local college in Hubei province was selected as a case to study the research with various methods,such as document analysis,questionnaire survey and interview and discuss.Firstly,the main contents are raising questions,introducing the research background and reasons for the paper,expounding the research approach and methods of the paper.The relevant research problems of the introduction of quality educational resources were reviewed and summarized in the current Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools in colleges and universities.Secondly,the development process of the introduction of the quality educational resources for the Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools in colleges and universities was teased,on this basis,the theoretical support was raised for the introduction of the quality educational resources in the Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools.Thirdly,the current situation of the introduction of the quality educational resources for the Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools in the college was found in the aspect of the principle of bring up talented person,courses,teaching materials,teaching staff,teaching modes and methods and management system.The specific problems as followed: The concept of talents cultivation lacking characteristics,and the evaluation is not high for the talent training scheme implementation effect;Unreasonable curriculum,teaching material introduce simplification;Teaching methods need to be improved;Lack of professional teachers;Management and service work needs to be deepened;Supervision and evaluation system is not perfect;and so on.The restraining factors of the introduction problems of the quality educational resources should be analyzed from both internal and external.Finally,the optimizing strategy of the introduction of the quality educational resources or the Sino-foreign cooperative in running schools was presented from the Nation and Universities combining with emerging issues and influencing factors,such as Government level policy guarantee and supervision mechanism;The level of colleges and universities should change ideas,to introduce high quality education resources as the core.The specific things as followed: Reasonable positioning,sets up "in life for this" concept of talent cultivation;Optimization of course structure,importing and creating high-quality materials;To improve the teaching methods,cultivate students' practical ability to innovate;Increase investment in teachers and security,strengthening the teaching staff;Changing the management concepts and improving the level of cooperative education;Strengthening supervision awareness and improving the quality of talent evaluation system and so on.
