Assure The Quality Of University Education:from The Perspective Of System To Culture

Most of countries will go through three steps:scale expansion;structural adjustment:quality promotion when they try to develop their higher education.Now.our country is very hard in promoting the quality of university education.the nation,the society.and the university all pay close attention to this question.Based on the results of existing research mostly illustrate the quality of university education from the system’s perspective.This paper put forward that research the quality assurance of college education on cultural respective.Firstly.This paper summaries the definition.the characteristics.and the use of quality assurance of college education.and evaluates it objectively.Especially.it points out the limitations of education assurance from the system’s persepective and analysis the necessary of education assurance from the cultural perspective.Secondly,i propose the college culture is the foundation of ensuring the quality of college education.and outline the inextricable link between the university culture and the quality.and the characteristics on cultural guaranteen of university education quanlity.Based on the above reaserch.1 find that if we want to guaranteen university education quality,we should guaranteen quality from the perspective of system to culture.To further prove that the university culture plays an irreplaceable role on the quality of university education.i choose the American University as a case.sum up the specific culture and demonstrate the university culture’s positive influence on the university.At last,I generalize some question about quality assurance of college education in China.and propose some corresponding suggestions.
