A Study On The Investing And Financing System Of Chinese Urban And Rural Education's Integration

At present, due to the imbalance between urban and rural economic development, which resulting in education resources distribution imbalance between urban and rural areas, the education gap between urban and rural is widening, and further create a vicious cycle of economic development imbalance development between urban and rural areas, has seriously restrict the development of urban and rural areas; in turn, affects our country to build a well-off society in an all-round way and "two one hundred" the realization of the goals of the Chinese dream. To solve the problem of integration of urban and rural, we should attach great importance to the integration of urban and rural education. Especially the lag of rural education, has become an important factor in China's rural economic development and social harmony. Moreover,market mechanism as the main characteristics of the establishment and improvement of the education investment and financing system, not only can largely reduce the government's fiscal pressure, but also to raise the use efficiency of education funding, education investment and financing system in China development is closely related to the economic and political development in our country history, from the initial investment in a single government leading finance system, until now had been by the state, enterprises, banks and individual laborers and other investment main body participation of school financing, bank financing, stock financing, business financing and international financing diversified financing markets, such as leading system.
