| With the continuous update of educational theory and educational concept,multimedia information technology has been introduced to classes in the majority of schools.With the help of multimedia information technology,the dogmatic principles in traditional classes have been changed.Its arrival offers more energy to English classes.The multimedia information technology will integrate test,animation,image,video and sound.It can add interest to English classes,at the same time,it can stimulate the students’ thirst for knowledge and improve the teaching efficiency.The focus of this survey is the application of the situational teaching in students’ listening,speaking,reading and writing,aiming at improve students’ ability to use English comprehensively and to arouse the learning enthusiasm.This survey is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which analyzes the origin of this research,besides the purpose and significance of the research.The second chapter introduces the related literature review.The third chapter discusses the theoretical foundation of situational teaching assisted by the multimedia information technology.The fourth chapter describes the purpose of the application of multimedia situational teaching in English teaching of senior high school.The fifth chapter expounds the empirical research of situational teaching in Fu Yu No.1 Middle School,including experimental research and experimental methods.The sixth chapter introduces the experimental results and suggestions.The seventh chapter,Conclusion,presents the main findings,limitations and inspiration in English teaching. |
