| Interest has a strong effect on Rural Middle School students learning mathematics,while teacher’s charisma is one of the concealed and extremely important teaching resources what can improve the students’ interest in mathematics learning.Mathematics teachers can effectively attract students with their own personal charm in the teaching process,the purpose of this is to change his own charisma into effective teaching force,so that students have strongly interest in mathematics.At the same time,teachers should consciously shape the personality of a good teacher,so it can improve one’s skills of teaching and learning.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the ideas and methods of the issues raised,the purpose and significance of domestic and foreign research review,research and study.The second part,were to be elaborated to characterize the relationship between the characteristics of teachers,charisma,charisma mathematics teacher,math teacher’s charisma,rural middle school students,teachers charisma and rural junior high school mathematics learning interests,through three cases of outstanding teachers to prove math teachers demonstrated charisma affect students’ interest in learning mathematics.The third part,through questionnaires and analysis to understand the way of the mathematics teachers how to effect the learning and interests of the students,so as to provide the necessary theoretical basis for the following promotion mathematics teachers charisma strategies.With my own educational and teaching cases,shows the author in the actual education teaching is how to make use of mathematics teacher’s personality charm to influence students’ interest in learning mathematics,also once again proved that the mathematics teacher’s personality charm to the countryside junior middle school students mathematics study interest has certain influence.The fourth part,the author studies the practice,put forward recommendations to enhance their own mathematics teacher charisma strategies. |
