In recent years,the scale of China's higher education has expanded each year,after the expansion of university talent training,the quality of Education has got the widespread attention from others.The whole society expressed concern about the current college students' learning situation,also some people doubt the value orientation of higher education question.Burnout is a common phenomenon in college students' learning,long-term compulsory learning has resulted students physical and psychological exhaustion to avoid learning,and thus lead to negative behavior.It can easily lead to the reduction of contemporary college students' learning motivation,learning enthusiasm.In fact,students' academic burnout will seriously affect the students' physical and mental development,reduce and interfere with learning efficiency.The study of professional identity and self-efficacy based on a sense of perspective,using questionnaires,interviews and data analysis methods,to understand and grasp the factors of learning burnout status,characteristics and influence of Chinese College Students Ideological and political education,to explore the professional identity and self-efficacy and the relationship of learning burnout,to effectively reduce the group behavior and academic burnout to improve the quality of talent training is of great significance.Research from East China Normal University,Hebei Normal University,Nanjing Normal University,Anhwei Normal University,Anhui Agriculture University,Wuhan University of Technology,six university students ideological and political education as the research object,focuses on three problems:(1)the investigation of burnout status of college students majoring in Ideological and political education..The questionnaire including " the degree of burnout of Ideological and political education "," the causes of burnout of Ideological and political education," the two questionnaires to investigate the current situation of the professional college students.(2)Research on the relationship between professional identity,self efficacy and academic burnout.Through the "Professional Identity scale","Academic Self Efficacy scale" questionnaire surving the professional identity and self-efficacy of the professional college students in the status quo,the difference,correlation,regression analysis of the formation of the conclusions of the study.It puts forward that self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between professional identity and academic burnout,which fills up the blind spot in the research field of academic burnout.(3)the suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the results of the study.The main research conclusions are:(1)the academic burnout level of the professional college students is in a moderate degree,the academic burnout phenomenon is widespread,the degree of burnout is less,the majority of students are in a state of uncertainty.(2)academic burnout: inappropriate behavior,emotional exhaustion,low sense of achievement in the three dimension scores are not the same,From large to small:the order of misconduct: emotional exhaustion,low sense of achievement.Ideological and Political education students' learning burnout reflected in learning behavior,higher self accomplishment.(3)The causes of academic burnout has significant differences in the demographic variables: Boys burnout level than girls;burnout significant difference among different grades,the fourth grade burnout level is the highest,there are significant differences in the fourth grade and the second grade school students;adjust burnout level is higher,and the volunteer and school adjustment students formed a significant level of academic burnout;urban students than rural students,affected by their own factors;positively related to the educational level of parents and academic burnout.(4)Professional identity,self efficacy and academic burnout has relationship between each other,Self efficacy was the complete mediating effect between professional identity and academic burnout,and the mediating effect accounted for 61%.Professional identity of "cognitive" and "emotional" and "relevance" of academic burnout has a significant negative predictive effect,common variance in burnout degree 49.3%.Self efficacy,Learning behavior and Learning ability and Academic Burnout were significantly negatively correlated,together with 35.5% of the variance in the degree of academic procrastination.
