With the implementation of the employment model as Market-oriented,government-regulated,school-recomended and two-way choices between graduates and employers, the employment of graduates has been the focus for a long time. The social development has also called for a higher demand for graduates' all aspects of qualities,and the resulted psychological problems of employment has become a major focus and difficulties for school social work. In recent years, self-injury and wounding incidents has become a common phenomenon due to the heavy pressure of employment.This, it is quite important and essential to prevent and intervene the psychological problems of employment.Their psychological problems are heavily affected by numerous factors.Graduates of the employment of psychological problems affected by many factors,The researcher makes an attempt to integrate various factors and help graduates solve their psychological problems by means of case study. The application of case work in the psychological problems of graduates not only help enhance the psychological qualities of graduates, and the employment abilities of graduates, but also contribute to the development of case work practice and the localization of social work.On the basis of Strength Perspective Theory and Cognitive-developmental Theory,this paper conduct a study on the psychological employment problem of graduates.First of all, the researcher investigated and analyzed the present situation of the psychological problem of the fresh graduates, and summarized four causes of the problem. According to the six stages of the case work: taking the case, estimating, planning, intervention,evaluation, closing and follow-up,The researcher recorded the specific implementation process of the psychological problems of graduates. Finally, through the analysis and interpretation of the results of the case work, the implications of the research are as follows. It is significant to strengthen the integration of social, universities and individual systems. It is also efficient to establish a professional school social work staff. Last but not least,it still deserves our attention to the application of social work in the employment service.
