Research purposes:Through the analysis of the association between the ACE gene I/D polymorphism and physical activity of the healthy freshmen of the Han nationality in the south,the relationship between genetic and physical activity is sought,in order to provide reference and theoretical basis for the physical health of college students.Research objects and methods:A total of 329 Southern Han health freshmen(173 males and 156 females)were selected from Jiangxi Normal University.The international physical activity questionnaire(Chinese version)was used to investigate the physical activity of college students,and the PCR method was used to genotyping them,and the relationship between physical activity and physical activity was analyzed.Findings:1.In boys,there is a significant difference in the frequency of ACE gene I/D polymorphism in the people with different physical activity levels,and the frequency of D allele carrying D allele is significantly higher in the normal physical physical activity level than those in the physical activity level,and the frequency of the ACE gene I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene of the active physical activity level is obvious.No difference;2.Among boys,there are significant differences in physical activity among different genotypes of low intensity physical activity,and there is a significant difference in the physical activity amount of all types of low intensity physical activity.There was a significant difference in the amount of related physical activity among the genotypes,and there was a significant difference in the amount of physical activity related to housework among the women.3.Among boys,there were significant differences in physical activity levels among the individuals with overweight and obese physical activity levels,and there was a significant difference in physical activity among the female students.Conclusion:1,the I/D polymorphism of ACE gene is associated with low intensity physical activity and work related physical activity.2.Among the people with suitable physical activity level,the ACE gene I/D polymorphism of the overweight and obese male students was associated with the physical activity,and the I/D polymorphism of the ACE gene was associated with the physical activity.3,the I/D polymorphism of ACE gene can be used as a genetic marker for the difference in physical activity level(suitable level and active level)between male and female students in Southern Han nationality.
