In recent years,the quality of education has been widespread concern and attention,while the national music is a very important part of music teaching,art is a valuable cultural heritage of the Chinese nation should cherish each of us.Since the new curriculum reform,the music education in primary and secondary schools in China has greatly strengthened the importance of national music culture.In 2011,the concept of "carrying forward the national music and understanding the diversity of music culture" is put forward in the compulsory education music curriculum standard.National music is not only the primary and secondary school students for the nation's deep emotional sustenance,but also the most important way to carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation.With the penetration of foreign culture to various fields in our country,music can not be spared".Through the investigation and study of the primary and secondary schools,the national music has not been paid enough attention in the education of primary and secondary schools.Some people lost their confidence in our traditional culture,the blind worship of foreign culture,but the alienation of national culture.Over time,not only will the national culture of the people of the centripetal force and the maintenance of a crisis,but also may make the Chinese national culture lost its own characteristics.So this paper combined with today's multicultural trend of the environment,based on the teaching practice of national music,national music education and other representative music education in the area of Chinese made arrangement and thought,and then through the investigation of current situation of primary school music education field in Jiangxi province Shangrao city Guangfeng District,found with the understanding of the whole Jiangxi Province primary and secondary school music education in the present situation and some problems,and put forward some countermeasures in view of the current situation is not optimistic,and hope to improve the lack of teaching methods of music education in primary and secondary schools.In general,folk music is an important part of music education in primary and secondary schools,strengthen the national music education is to promote the Chinese national cultural heritage,an important way to our traditional music culture;culture is the main means to improve students' mental quality;is the needs of the new era Chinese music development;it is the only way which must be passed to inherit and carry forward the Chinese traditional music.
