To spread the ideas and theories of the Chinese Communist Party is one of the missions of politics education in high schools. Meanwhile, the ideas and theories update constantly. However, due to the limitation of time and conditions, the latest theoretical achievements are hard to be edited into the textbooks without delay. Therefore, it is necessary for politics teachers to propagate the newest thoughts of the Party promptly during their teaching.Case teaching method is an effective way to penetrate the Party's latest ideas,hence politics teachers are suggested to use the Party's new ideas and theories as cases to study in the teaching process.Latest years, the theories on development is enriched and perfected continuously. The five concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, opening up and sharing" proposed in the five session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party is the latest achievement. The theories on connection,development, and contradiction are inevitable in the process of development;namely, the five concepts of development are close to dialectical principles in“life and philosophy". Therefore, I picked the “coordination” from the five concepts as a case to conduct the case teaching on the dialectical principles to enable students to master the dialectical principals in the course of analyzing the concept of “coordination” and to understand the latest ideas of the Party's development deeply and thoroughly, which embodies the era significance of politics classes in high schools.There are three parts in this thesis: introduction, main body and conclusion. The main body is consisted of three aspects. In the first place,focusing on the content and logic, I analyzed the dialectical principles in "life and philosophy" to pave the way for application of dialectical principles in the case teaching method. In the second place, I discussed the necessity of dialectical principles applied into the case teaching method. I explained why I choose "coordination" as the teaching case of dialectical principles,considering the superiority of learning condition and the case teaching methodology, the requirement of the new curriculum standard, as well as the form and angle of the college entrance examinations. At last, I stressed the specific application and teaching reflection of "coordination" in "life and philosophy". The idea of "coordination" runs through the whole dialectical teaching, using the basic connotation of "coordination" as the teaching case of the whole- part relationship, the historical origin of that as the teaching case of the dialectics, the meaning of that as the teaching case of the particularity of contradictions. Engage students to master the dialectical principles and understand the concept of "coordination" in an all-round and thorough way.To make the students think of "coordination" concept, the thought of dialectics thought of the thought of "coordination" concept dialectics.
